The installed and old used modern that worked for two days, and they came to change it for another one. We have been having this issues for more than 3 weeks and always the say that they open a ticket and are working on the solution.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I repeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you have one phone and a modem then maybe these guys are ok for you. Our firm's business specifically requires us to talk to customers nonstop throughout the work day. The software that Access One uses is *so bad* that at *random* times calls will drop. So imagine that. You're on the phone with your best account trying to make 10% of your gross for the year...you almost have the deal closed and then....Access one takes a dump and your phone system drops your customer. You call back but you've lost the sale. It&apos

Into the final year of a 36 month contract and I must say Access One is by far the worst experience with any provider you could imagine. More than a dozen service interruptions, the slowest VoIP I have ever seen and they lock you into an additional 6 months beyond contract termination. You are far better off going with any other provider and saving yourself the headaches you will endure with Access One.

Talk about an absolute nightmare! I work for a small family business and we recently moved to a bigger facility. Which is super exciting. Unfortunately the area we moved to didn't have too many options for internet service providers. We found the one that the previous tenants had which was Access One. We called them, they sent out a sales rep (Michelle Labern). She came in, saw how many users we had, talked to us about how great their service would be with a dedicated 3 megabit connection. We are not IT professionals and to be honest when Michelle told us that we would be fine, we naively took

I am a part of the family business that has been deceived and tricked by Access One. Their sales rep looked me right in the eye and told us the service we were signing up for would be more than enough for my business. Had I known any better I wouldn't have ever signed up for their service, but as a business owner that stands behind their satisfaction guarantee I thought I would be okay if it didn't work out for us.

I work for a roofing contractor in Chicago that is over 82 years old. We had AT&T forever but the past 30 plus some years our service provider has been giving us fits. During that time, just about every time it rained our phones would go out. We would have to rely on our internet with Comcast for our connection to the outside world when this happens. Since our business relies on rain or any type of bad weather for our business this was disastrous. Numerous calls to AT&T would usually assured me that is was fixed, and it was ....until the next rain came we went through the same thing for

I have been using Access One since 2002. We upgraded the account in 2008 and in 2011 started price shopping for a better T1 product.
Access One has poorly handled our switch to a new provider. As another reviewer has mentioned, they have a perpetual agreement clause, so apparently we were still under some unending contract with them at the time of cancellation. Also, they did not actually cancel our account on the date that I called.
In the end, they are trying to charge us for months of service that we did not use AND a whopping early cancellation fee.
Be Careful!

Was shopping around for Internet and phone service for our small business. Access One Inc had similar pricing to everyone else. Their minute plans on phone service were restrictive and I ended up going with Paetec for phone service. They had slightly lower pricing for a T1 and so I decided to get a line with them for my backup T1. First surprise was that they do not provide a T1 router?!?!? This is standard with almost any other provider. After a bit of back and forth they provided me with a T1 router. I had service with them for 3 years and at the end of 3 years I was going to turn off the T1
