From prequalification to closing, we are committed to making the loan process as easy as possible for you. Once we have received your application, your mortgage advisor will provide you with important loan disclosure documents that you will review, sign, and return. Your advisor will also request additional documents and supporting information from you.

Paul at Summit Funding was phenomenal. He helped me in so many ways and I truly believe that he did his best to help me finance my home. Unfortunately, 2 weeks before closing, the underwriter withdrew my loan application because of a social media post that was found on my Facebook page. I was not asked about it, nor was I able to explain what it meant. The underwriter immediately made their decision and I was forced to lose out on almost 3k that included my earnest money, appraisal (that was ordered days before the loan withdrawal) and inspection costs. As I stated, I believe Paul will do what
