Been a long time since I've seen a dentist but when I finally went (referral from my girlfriend) Afia at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful, Brisa the assistant was so accommodating with my hurt tooth when she took the X-rays Dr Shah was very pleasant with me and was able to save my tooth and told me I didn't need a root canal or crown which western dental said it was the only was she saved it with a filling. Second visit was just as great as the first. Thanks Grovehill hill dental for not shaming me and making me feel bad.

After meeting with a number of orthodontists to understand my treatment options, Dr. Shah and her staff at Grovehill Family Dental stood out from the crowd. The staff are incredibly friendly and thorough in their work. It feels like a family environment. The best dentist I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain everything.The care they provide to their patients is outstanding and they operate with integrity.I will continue to go there and If you’re looking for a new dentist I highly recommend them.

Implants, Grovehill gets 5 shining stars for this procedure. By far the best dental office across the board. I have had extrem dental work since childhood and would whole heatedly recommend this office, in Hayward CA, especially to those who are in need of implants. From an A-1 staff, Efia who's amazing, to my dentist, Dr. Shah and the surgeon who preforms miracle implants with the utmost precision, Dr. Lavorini. They are cost competitive, time efficient and do GREAT work. After several successful complex upper implants(wish you could see the results), I'm going back in January for additional implants

Be aware of this dental office. Not honest at all. Don't go here. They get you in acting nice over the phone. Not sure where they got all these fake five star reviews. Truly they never check with the insurance about coverage. So get ready for a surprise. This place should be audited. For sure they are overcharging the poor patients after each treatment.

I went to this office a few months before for an exam and cleaning, and was due for another. When I came in, Jessica greeted me and showed me to the exam room. Dr. Shah and Brissa, the assistant, took very good care of me. I was told that some of my teeth in the front would need to be repaired, as they were chipped and worn. I was able to get two of them done today, and the rest will be done next week. My front teeth have never looked this good! They're straight, and there are no chips in them!

I haven't been to the dentist in a long time. To my shock there was a highly rated dentist so close to my house! I couldn't find prices on their website so I called and they quoted me a really reasonable rate for an exam. I was able to make a same day appointment and ended up getting half of some work done the day I went in with follow up work done three days later. They also included the cost of the exam in the work they did bringing my out of pocket costs down. They have an assistant with every dentist that help a lot and they all ask if you need anything and the communication is really

Very light, clean and pleasant to visit. The staff tends to remember you. They're great at answering questions. They cut you a break on how you can pay for the services. One example is I'm planning on getting my teeth straighten and they listed the overall expanse and let me pay small amounts to my comfort (which they didn't have to do). Very satisfied customer.

I am so happy I was referred here. I was skeptical going to my appointment as I needed a deep root cleaning and filings. However, my experience was "as good as it gets" going to the dentist. The doctor was gentle, provided explanation and constantly checked to see if I was okay during the procedure. The assistant was just as good as the doctor, she had excellent chair side manner and made the procedure super comfortable. At one point, I caught myself falling asleep during my deep root cleaning...seriously, how does that happen?! This office has met and surpassed my expectations

I have been coming here since 2005 when Dr. Luis and his wife previous had this dental practice. This practice is now run by Dr. Shah. I came here this morning with my son. We came to have our dental X-rays done and get our teeth cleaned. Dr. Rupal Shah and her staff did an excellent job on our cleanings and my filings that I needed refilled. The fillings and cleaning procedures were painless. The doctor is very thorough when cleaning our teeth and replacing and adding new fillings. I rushed here for a free consultation today. I was told thAt the doctor is only available at 230 instead of 3, which was my desired appointment time,but I still didn't get seen until 330. I was rudely mistreated by the front desk assistant. She keep insisting that I needed to get an xray after I explained to her several times that I just got surgery on my my tooth yesterday and can not bite down on anything in that area due to stitches and swelling. She told me thAt if I could eat on the chips that I had in my hand then certainly I could take an xray. What a fool! Which just let me know that

This dentist office is wonderful. Honestly. When I first brought my son to the dentist I was skeptical. I was afraid of being the mother of the child that screams in the middle of the doctor's office. But; everything was so calm. He felt at home and welcome. He was able to ask questions and get them answered. When I came? They were absolutely wonderful. They explained their services and were open about payment plans. It is definitely a wonderful experience. :)

This place is wonderful, friendly staff and Doctors who actually listen to patients! For over 10 years I had a tooth causing extreme pain (and though my Doctor's denied it, migraines). Dr.Egdon is the first of many dentists who actually heard me out, took several x-rays and determined that my chosen solution to have the tooth removed might be right. He consulted with an oral surgeon, Dr.Oka and provided a referral for the procedure. His staff is great with my kids and excellent with paperwork to the insurance company.
