Dr. Mihok is a Dayton-based ophthalmologist qualified to diagnose and treat all visual disorders. He sub-specializes in surgeries for cataract and glaucoma as well as corneal transplant. He also conducts laser surgeries for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and secondary cataracts.

At Brian Mihok DO, Inc, we work to restore your vision that is hampered by cataract by using a no-stitch / small incision surgery technique called phacoemulsification.
Remove cataract quickly and painlessly with Brian Mihok DO, Inc's YAG (Yttrium Aluminum Garnet) laser procedure. The YAG laser produces infrared light impulses that are used to treat the cloudy capsule, the iris, and some retinal problems in the back of the eye. Open-angle glaucoma, the most common type of glaucoma, occurs when there is either a sustained increase in fluid production or a decrease in fluid drainage in the eye.
