Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes in the direction of blood flow returning back to the heart. Myofascial trigger points are palpable, irritable muscle lesions usually within tight muscle bands that refer pain to other areas when pressure is applied. Also known as zone therapy, Reflexology is done by applying pressure to specific points on the hands and feet that are associated with the organs and meridians of the body.
Holistic practices treat the body and mind without the use of drugs and other traditional Western medicine, instead pulling from the ideals of ancient Eastern medicine such as Reiki, meditation, and yoga. At PURE Massage & Holistic Spa, we believe that true healing means treating the body mind and spirit to create balance.

Yesterday was my first visit to this Spa. I had a Swedish massage with Nicole. She was very sweet and attentive to my areas of concern. I have plantar fasciitis that I did not mention to her. Nicole sensed the tension in my foot and really worked the area to give me relief from the pain I have been in. Overall it was a pleasant and relaxing experience and I will be visiting again.

This was my first time coming to pure massage. I had Renata as my massage therapist. In the first 15 minutes I felt very comfortable with her She asked me the right questions and she made sure that I was comfortable. I have post scoliosis surgery 28 years And I live in pain everyday. I will be taking her recommendation of coming more often so that I can feel better. I already booked my appointment for 2 weeks. And I have to say I'm a very picky person when it comes to the service industry. And she went above and beyond couldn't be any happier. Thank you Renata I'll be seeing you soon.

Rutherford's spa is a hidden gem! Excellent place with a very nice owner and I had a great massage with Renata this week. Although I am usually very picky when it comes to massage, this time it was perfect. I enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this place.

Had a deep tissue massage from Nicole. She listened and paid great attention to problem areas I pointed out. She communicated well and always made sure I was comfortable with the pressure. She worked on me so well that I almost fell asleep lol. Would go again.

The place was very neat, actually immaculate would be a better word. I was taken quickly to my room and it was equally immaculate. I was given enough time to change, get ready. The rooms were spacious and I could move freely. It was a very enjoyable experience. I also appreciated the fact that there was only one other client and they were on a completely different floor. Covid precautions are definitely being taken at this business which is so important nowadays. The only thing that was missing for me was to smell some aromatherapy scent when I entered the place, but upon reflection, some people

I LOVE Pure Massage. Thus far I've had deep tissue massages with Kelly and Renata. Both are exceptions massage therapists that listen to what your areas of focus are, apply the right pressure, and really know how to relieve and re-energize the body. I leave here feeling amazing, lighter on my toes, and happy with the world. Excellent place!

Great studio! Very relaxing and luxurious experience with Laura and Kelli. Not only do I get a relaxing experience each time- I feel like Laura is really focusing on specific areas that need the most work! The complementary sauna is a really nice addition as well! The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean, and the ambience is soothing. Can’t wait to go back and highly recommend!
