Didn't even want to give them one star.... Came in for simple car key replacement. First , the key was not even cut correctly making it unable to unlock or start my car....so we Uber back. Then they said they programmed it to my car
..didn't work either... Costed a couple hundred bucks and they took 30 bucks off after our third visit..
It's been almost two months and the key completely broke again.
When I called, obviously irritated, I was met with attitude and the owner telling me to calm down and "raise my voice " or he'll hang up on me???

I have to say out of all the companies that are near me Folsom Lock & Security is by far the fastest. The worker came out late at night to help my friends and I, he unlocked my car so I was able to get home. I called another company and they said they wouldn't be there for a little over an hour. Therefore, I called Folsom Lock & Security instead and he was there under 45 mins which was awesome! I definitely recommend them hence my review!
