Southwest Site Services was originally started as So-Cal Portable Restrooms in 2006 with Esteban "Steve" Morales as the founder. With previous experience working at Waste Management's portable restroom division and Orange County Portables he now has over 25 years in the sanitation industry.
Together with his wife, Irene, and his family, they've managed to go from a few select restroom accounts to being able to cover all of Southern California with temporary fencing and septic services as well.I love this industry and the people involved in it. Was unsure of where to go for rental supplies for job site. Looked around at different services and companies and they were all about the same. What made my mind was the outstanding customer service I received from Mariana. From the start she walked me through the process and gave me different options on bathrooms and sizes. She made my encounter as easy as it could be. She kept her word and I received bathrooms on time and very clean. Great service and great products but overall OUTSTANDING customer service!!

The league I am part of needed some fencing and port-a-potty service in June of 2019. Southwest Site Services were the only ones who could provide the port-a-potties and two types of fencing we needed and for the length of time we needed it for. They were good with contact, delivery and retrieval was on time, port-a-potties were cleaned weekly and well, and all equipment was in good condition. When we can get back to baseball, our league would look to Southwest first for what we need.
