We provide Bailey Construction and Restoration in addition to other services, including carpentry, and log home construction work in most front range areas, including Park and Jefferson Counties. We build custom Log homes from 8 Southern yellow pine. We use Southern yellow pine for its hardier characteristics and appearance over the years.

Costin re-engineered my utilities room, getting rid of the bulky old hot water heater, replacing it with a tankless that is more efficient. At the same time, he replaced my undersized water tank with a bigger one. The job required re-engineering piping and water flow. As always, Costin did an excellent job. I recommend him for any work you need done.

Costin installed a new tankless hot water heater for us. He did a nice, clean job and was willing to work with us on our preferences on the venting and how we wanted to mount it. My husband (also a contractor) installed the venting from our attic, out the roof where there was already an existing hole from the old hot water heater. Costin handled everything else, including mounting the tankless unit, the plumbing and disposed of the old hot water heater. He was pleasant to work with, professional and on time.

Have an Overhead microwave oven that was a little tricky to install. The original installers passed on doing the job. Costin was able to take care of it with no problem. He was professional and showed up when he said he would. He did a great job at a reasonable price. We would recommend him and will use him again.
