Services
Anna is a clinical assistant and has been in the orthodontic field since 2008. Outside of work, she enjoys watching sports and spending time with her two children, husband, family and friends. Cassandra is a clinical assistant and has been in the dental field since 2007. Born and raised on the Southside of San Antonio, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, family gatherings, and vacationing.
Traditional braces use stainless steel brackets and archwires to move your teeth into their proper position. Many teenagers like to decorate their braces with different colored rubber bands to give them a colorful and unique smile. You can choose a new color (or colors) during every adjustment! Most teens and adults are reluctant to get the orthodontic care they need due to the appearance of orthodontic appliances.
We carefully designed our schedule to truly work so that patients can be seen on time and get back to their lives quickly. Our patients and their families really appreciate this aspect of our practice since orthodontic treatment takes place over many months, and visits are typically every 4-6 weeks.
We are pleased to welcome you as a new patient and look forward to our meeting. Your first visit to our office is your opportunity to get to know us, have questions answered, and discuss your concerns. It also gives our doctors the chance to do a comprehensive examination and recommend if or when treatment is necessary.
One of the first questions parents and patients have about getting braces and Invisalign is "How much will treatment cost?" At Britton Orthodontics, each patient's treatment plan is unique to their specific needs and, therefore, the cost for treatment will vary.

Our second child just got his braces put on at Britton Orthodontics. Our first experience was wonderful and we were happy to return. The staff is always wonderful and Dr. Britton takes his time to explain what he's doing to the kids. We've never waited long for our appointments. Very thorough and courteous care!

Dr. Britton is an exceptional provider. His knowledge base and professional integrity is simply unmatched in the dental field. He cares greatly about his patients well-being and his dedication to his craft. Both of my daughters were patients of Dr. Britton‘s. They have been very happy with the treatment they’ve received over the past two years. There are many orthodontists in the San Antonio area but only a couple I consider to be the standard of excellence. Dr. Britton, in short, is the best there is.

We had such a wonderful experience with my son’s braces over the past 2+ years! He just got the braces off this week and we are actually a little sad to be leaving their office. Every one is so friendly and professional and appointments are always on time and organized. On the occasion I had to call and reschedule an appointment, the front desk ladies were always so accommodating and helpful, plus they have two office locations which is convenient. Highly recommend Britton Orthodontics!!

The team of individuals at Britton Orthodontics are kind, caring, and highly attentive to detail. From the first visit I was treated with kindness and integrity although I was very unlearned in the whole process of Orthodontics. Dr. Farnsworth and the team walked me through, step by step, every minute detail about the Orthodontics journey I was embarking on. This worked to augment my confidence. Now, six months into the process, I'm still as impressed and excited as I count down the months to my perfect smile!

Briton is incredibly efficient and so far so have been very impressed with my overall experience here.
I found out about Briton from a friend,mother and blogger via her Instagram post.She told me how she had a good experience here getting her two children fitted for braces.
