.I’m going to leave bad reviews everywhere I can on your company. Four days later the email still hasn’t launched nobody even said another word about it.
The leads have 4-7 phone numbers you don’t even verify which is the correct phone number for your service. This is very disingenuous. Don’t waste your money on the scam company.

What a SCAM! I ordered this service on 11/25. 2 weeks later the system was STILL "down". I asked for a refund and magically the system came to life. I logged in and there was NO DATA loaded in my account. It then took another 3 days to get old data loaded in my account. Now they won't refund me even though I asked for it previously. Oh and they won't even return my calls to have a civil conversation.. they just cowardly stay behind a computer screen. BUYER BEWARE.

No leads coming in. Hard to talk to anyone at the company. I cancelled the service after many months of working with them, but instead of actually cancelling they charged my credit card refused to refund my money. I have an email from them saying my campaign is cancelled but they don't care. Sales representative never followed up with me either. The leads I did get were poor and uninterested actually selling. The algorithm they say can identify seller ready to sell is a sham. Do not waste your time. Company just isn't that good.

My wife and I are top producers in our market and have used predictive analytics platforms in the past as well with some success. When our contract with our previous PA platform was up, we decided to try offrs.com, HUGE MISTAKE!!! The platform was nowhere near as user-friendly or as automated as our previous one which we immediately discovered after being lead to believe otherwise by the salesperson who sold us this service. Upon realizing that it would be nowhere near as useful to us, and being in the midst of our, Summer Sales Rush

From October '18 to March '18 I signed up to a 6 month contract I could not get out of, to pay $231/month for low-quality (garbage) leads with no ROI.
Offrs.com has some sort of arrangement with RE/MAX, where if you sign up to use their lead buying/generating system, you will get your preferred location and a bit of a discount. The contract was for a minimum 6 months. That should have been my first clue there. Reputable lead generating companies would not need agents to sign contracts if their product was good. My problem was with the leads and with what Offrs.com did to supposedly

This helps you in narrow the field of potential leads down to the most open to a conversation about selling their property.

I'm a realtor who is usually old fashion in my prospecting (door knocking, letters, networking) but I decided to give Offrs a chance. My company pitched Offrs to us as a preferred vendor. Anyone who signed up for a year ($400/month) would also get the additional benefit of having Offrs agents call in our terrorities and tell us who is considering selling their home. I signed up at the end of Jan 2017. Many Keyes agents did. In fact, so many Keyes agents signed up that they couldn't fulfill their promise of calling within our territory. The numbers given are often disconnected numbers

This is an excellent site for real estate professionals. My wife signed up as a new Realtor. After just a couple of months of being on the site and working the leads she got her first listing! Within the first 6 months she had 2! Needless to say the commission fro. Just the first sale more than paid for the cost of the service. I would highly recommend it for any realtor looking to grow their business.

The product is great if used correctly, but their billing & support is disappointing. I've been going back and forth for over a month to get a billing dispute corrected.
They use a first-response style system so each email I send seems to be answered by a different person. They all fail to understand the issue (two months of billing after account closed) while reinforcing that they solved the problem (fixed one month).
