Services
Villa Hallmark Upholstery warrants each product for a period of five years from the date of shipment, to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Villa Hallmark Upholstery products are sold only on a non-cancel able basis, and require a non-refundable deposit.
All of our products are CAL TB 117 compliant, but we offer an upgrade compliant with CAL TB 133. Most of our upholstered lounge seating can be customized to include a clean-out feature which is essentially a removable seat deck. This is often requested for assisted living projects and shopping malls.
Villa Hallmark ships best way, boxed or blanket-wrapped, and offers freight estimates during the quoting process and upon request. Standard and expedited LTL freight options are available. Freight estimates will be confirmed upon placement of purchase order.

Lounge chairs are some of the most versatile, dynamic additions to any commercial furniture setting. Our diverse lounge chairs feature custom details and we offer the flexibility to change nearly any design element to meet the needs of your project. Custom options for our lounge chairs include the addition of a clean-out detail, metal or wood bases and legs, contrasting welts, nail heads, attached seat cushions, and custom tufting work.
Our sofas and loveseats are built to last for years in high-use commercial settings. If you don't see the perfect sofa for your project, simply email us with your specifications and we'll help design a solution. This might include altering the size or detailing on one of our existing sofas or loveseats, or designing an entirely new sofa for your project.
