I've been using the software for about a year now, mostly for compliance matters. It's very convenient, easy to navigate and makes completing site reviews and tracking the updates very efficient. The graphics are easy to read. One of the benefits I like is you can switch back and forth between a map of the community and the list of addresses. Depending on where you are, you may need to see the overall landscape of the community. It's been very helpful to me. I would recommend Smartwebs to any company looking to streamline their processes.

We are early adapters when it comes to finding faster, smarter ways of doing property management here in the Detroit area.
