I was very disappointed with their driver. The booking is easy and fast, but their driver was awful. No manners, rude, doesn't know the city, argues with customers, doesn't open doors. For example, I went shopping and came back with bunch of bags, that guy didn't even get out of the car to help me with my bags. They should hire better drivers.

Gotta say that I'm so thankful for your super-fast service when I really needed it. One other company had completely forgotten to pick me up at the airport and got me stranded... I really needed to arrive at my hotel on time for check-in, and that's why I decided to try booking with you. Got to the hotel just in time, thank God!!! I called around to several different services. Driven Miami answered quickly, had great reviews, and fair pricing with no hidden, extra fees. Our driver was prompt and found us in a sea of disembarking cruise passengers quickly whisking us off to MIA to make a tight turnaround for our flight to ATL. Highly recommend.

Driven Miami is everything I would hope for in a car service. Friendly punctual drivers who helped with all luggage, comfortable clean vehicles that accommodated my family, our nanny, and our nanny's daughter, and best of all complimentary car seats for our two small children (one aged 3 and the other 7 months). They had some flexibility about times and did not give me any trouble at all when we switched from an 8:30 AM flight out of Fort Lauderdale to a 6 PM flight out of Miami. Will definitely use them again when traveling to Miami.

Marcus and Michael delivered high-end customer service. Other driving companies pride themselves for being a black car service but never take the time to make sure their costumer service reps are up to par with the expected standards, Miami Driven is a whole different story though.
We had an important guest arriving at 145 am, more or less, but unfortunately our guess got stuck in the immigration line, due to a system malfunction, and didn't come out until 3 am.
Michael waited for her all that time and received her with the utmost courteous and professional attitude

We used this service to get from the Miami airport to our hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. The driver, Michael, was ready for us and picked us up curb side and had water waiting for us. Michael was awesome and gave us information about the area during the drive. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again when I am in the area.

This time we had Daniel as our driver for a night and he was on time and let us know when outside of our house. He knew some cool trendy spots when we ask him to check new place for a drink after dinner and was always ready when we need him.
