First class operation. Steve and Gerald are great communicators. They listen to their clients, understand their goals and desires and go to work to deliver a high quality product. Prior to starting and signing the contract to build, I was well educated on their process and what to expect. They understood my desire to have a high quality building, went to work and they delivered. The materials they use are high quality and they have stood up very well. I know other builders may come in with a lower bid, but these guys deliver and you will be pleased with the finished product.

I heard from a few mutual friends about Koehn building systems while searching for a company to build a red iron building. I could not be happier with my choice, although you pay a premium price I realized that you get the best product. Steve and his team could not have supplied my wife and I with a better shop. I have tried to find imperfections through the structure and I can’t find one mistake or false claim to the craftsmanship. Within 2 months I went from an open crop field to a complete turnkey structure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a red iron/ metal building

Stand up outfit for sure. They were fast, clean, and above all else the quality of work is outstanding. Not the cheapest bid but you get what you pay for. If I ever build again Koehn Building Systems will be the guys I call. Just this week months and months after project completion I had a door that wouldn’t lock and another that was tough to open, I shot steve and email and the very next day they were out to fix it. Well spoken, responsive, clean, fast and thorough,
