Thanks for nothing. Called at 7 and they said they would be here in 15 to 40 minutes. Waited till 7:50 and called again and said they would call the locksmith again. Waited till 8:20 still no word and called again and made up all sorts of excuses saying sorry. I have to wake up for work at 3:30 in the morning and I spent so long waiting for them. Waiting here for someone else to come help me. Never called me back. It's now almost 9:30 and waiting still. The kicker is that the later in the night it is the more expensive a locksmith is. So I was basically boned and couldn't spend 100+ dollars

I went out to start my car to let it warm up and thought I could use the remote to unlock it when I was ready to leave, nope. So now I have my car running and I'm locked out. I called Fast Locksmith and Li was there in 15 minutes or so and had my car unlocked within 5 minutes. The price was $150 which is kind of steep for me but oh well.
I didn't read the reviews until after I made the phone call and Li was on his way and saw a lot of negative reviews and was worried but when Li came and did his job quick and was friendly it was obvious some people had gotten Fast Locksmith mixed

Super unprofessional, won't quote their customers, not timely, just a sketchy place. DO NOT COME HERE FOR HELP!!!!! About a month ago our apartment in south Seattle got broken into, we had come home at 2am and needed both my car keys and my house keys changed. We called him and after he had changed everything he told us it was $434.... Freaking ridiculous. He said that he could get me a new car key with buttons, so I agreed thinking that's why the price was so high. Then a MONTH later I had to call him asking about my key. Then after battling out the timing with him on when he could come

Be prepared to be harrased if you dont give them your business. Called for a price check. Would'nt give me a quote for a simple car lock out over the phone. Told him thanks but I would go elsewhere. Then I started getting calls and texts from them over and over from multiple numbers even though I told them to stop. Each message lowering the price by $5. STAY AWAY

I was locked out of my apt so I called several locksmiths to check the estimate rate. He gave me an initial quote of $125 then finally $110.
He came pretty fast (15min) compared to others (I also contacted another locksmith who never shows up after 50min, that's why I accepted this locksmith's offer) and thanks for your help! I appreciate the timely response and fix.
I gave 3 stars because he was not professional enough or intended to hide things that could make his charge look unreasonable. Here is the reason: my door has a big handler and could be opened by pulling the handler inside

I'm a repeat "need a locksmith" offender!
I flew in on Monday post holiday and left my keys behind, so I called from work at 6pm and told them I would take a cab and meet them at my house. He said I was on the way and they picked me up from work and had me in my house in within 5 minutes start to finish!
I absolutely endorse this locksmith ~ he's professional, straight forward and fair price!

Extremely happy with the service from Fast Locksmith. I called about a lock and a very old Korean chest. This is not a usual request but they arrived within 30 minutes and started problem solving. I was concerned I would have to break the antique but was pleasantly surprised when the latch clicked and opened.
Why 5 stars? Not only was he resourceful and talented, he spent an additional 10 minutes helping me understand the lock mechanics and training me to use the Korean Fish Lock.

I called Fast Locksmith after getting locked out of my apartment building. They showed up quickly, and then immediately told me they couldn't get access into the main door of the building. No problem, someone eventually walked out and I was able to get to my apartment door. When we got to my apartment, he fiddled with the lock for about a minute before declaring the lock "unpickable" - he then offered to drill out the lock and let me buy a new one off of him that he could install. I have a landlord who has access to the building as well so this wasn't an option.
