To say The Becker’s are the best wouldn’t do justice to just how awesome they were! An unexpected work relocation only 18 months after purchasing what was a great home left us lost and worried if we could ‘break even’. Instead David brought us 30 showings within 4 days of listing the home all with a foot of snow mixed in and the week before Christmas! We had 10 offers and sold for $22k more than asking and almost 20% more than we paid 18 months earlier.
