I have a knack for being present with, and really hearing what the client and their body need during each session. I graduated in 2016 from Hands on Healing Institute, a small holistic school just outside of Los Angeles, CA and again from The Bodhi Tree Center for Healing Arts in Carson City, NV. Along with my continuing education, I have earned 1000+ hours of learning.
In addition to my massage certifications, I am a classically trained violinist, vocalist, percussionist, and singer-songwriter. I often work with my instruments in Integrative Bodywork sessions to facilitate and enrich the experience. Co-creative musical expression speaks directly to our soul!

Integration is a vital component to growing in understanding and gaining perspective throughout our lives, but especially during times of intensity such as significant 'life events' (moving, career shifts, marriage, death/dying of a loved one, etc.).
Likewise, integration before, during, and after talk/somatic therapy, working with plant medicines or breathwork and other altered spaces, as well as the continual progress of spiritual and/or personal development is necessary to allow for the wisdom of the work to shine through.

After her treatment, by mid afternoon I could feel no discomfort in my back or limitation of movement at all - nothing! I was able to ski the entire next day and am now on my flight back to LUX - feeling absolutely comfortable. By the end of my week, I myself have the need to reset my own body by addressing the deficiencies of my own infrastructure and musculature.
If you are on any medications or herbal/naturopathic prescriptions, have any chronic conditions, or have had any surgeries or injuries in the past six months, please have that information handy. This helps me know how best to work with you, no system works alone and a session will impact the entire body.
