Love staying at Cay Pointe Villas. My friends and I book a long weekend every summer and enjoy beautiful views, incredible access to a quiet beach and great hospitality from Lynn, Carol and Bill. My out of state family has stayed there and loved it too. The villas provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day and the perfect place for our bridal party to stay.
The beach is fairly private and quiet which was perfect for our small wedding. The property is very well taken care of and the villas were so homey and clean. The decor is perfect for a beach house and the big sliding doors make for a beautiful view of the beach! We held our ceremony on the beach in front of the property and the reception on the deck area which was the perfect amount of space for all of our tables and a small dance floor.

Cay Pointe Villa is the most perfect place to stay on Indian Rocks Beach. Within walking distance to several great restaurants and a CVS, it’s the perfect location. The villa is so well-appointed that when one of us said, “Oh no, we forgot to bring…”, someone else would say, “There’s one here!” It was the most comfortable, homey place we’ve ever stayed. Lynn and her staff are dedicated to providing and accommodating every need. When we couldn’t get the DVD player to work, one of Lynn’s staff members showed up within an hour on Thanksgiving

What a great stay we had at Cay Pointe. We have a special needs adult and the atmosphere here was so accepting and warm. Lynn has left nothing out and it is truly a home away from home. Our family brought in the New Year in this beautiful oasis. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. So clean and family friendly. We highly recommend Cay Pointe for your staycation or if traveling from up north. Thank you from the Martin Family!

Superb location directly on the beach! We stayed in one of the 1st level villas and I could sit in a armchair in the living room or at the kitchen table while working on my laptop and clearly see the beach and the water. The villa was very cute and comfortable with nice extras like an abundance of towels! A very nice small complex with personal attention to detail. We will definitely return.

This was a home away from home and we live in Clearwater. This was the perfect spot for our staycation. It felt like we had our own private beach and was so wonderful to open the sliding glass door and rub your toes in the sand. Lynn and the management staff were so wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely be back and maybe next time the baby turtles will hatch. :-)

Located right on the beach, this place will truly be your home away from home. Beautiful, large balconies for the upstairs units, And large porches on the downstairs units that all face the water and allow for spectacular views. Exceptionally clean and home-like accommodations that immediately make you ready to nest and relax. Great air conditioning (a must in Florida). Fast wifi included dvd/blu ray player. All units have a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom with tub, and 2 or 3 bedrooms with various bed numbers. The two top units are separated by sliding doors

Cay point is by far the best place to stay in the area. The BEST views, the cleanest living quarters, the kindest staff. We will definitely be back every year. I can't say enough about the quality of this place. I would rather give it 10 stars instead of 5. We are from MN and we stayed at some not so nice hotels on the drive down so when we checked in we were so relieved that cay point was so accommodating & comfy!
