The management seem OK personalities wise and appear like they are doing something with no apparent results. The aides were the worst we ever had. Arrogant, back-talkers, lazy, poor skills, unqualified. One looked like had a bad neurotic disorder that scared my mom she was “caring” for. Refused to wear scrubs that created lots of safety concerns for us due to their traditional clothes catching floors, furniture, steps, etc. They were not washing hands when caring for my 90-year old mother. I brought up my concerns to the agency management. They put all the blame for aides failures on me. We

I really enjoyed working here, its gave me a different outlook on how to care for others that needed help in different ways. I learned a lot from working here. Overall I've learnt a lot while being employed at All in All. Also bulit strong and professional relationships with coworkers etc. I recommend anybody that has a heart for the disabled to jump on board.

I can not express enough the great service the team at All In All Home Care provided. The care giver for my dad was helpful, warm, and professional. She quickly began to feel like one of the family.
