Had them install a heat pump in my house. After they came back out twice to fix the vibration that goes through out the bedroom, and nothing it is so loud I cannot use it. Than I Had them come out to install a split system in my garage and their price was three times higher than the other quotes. Stay away they only want your money! They do not stand behind their work.

Not a great service company. Had them come out and do an estimate (paid time not free) and we decided to do the work ourselves. Contacted them for a total unrelated issue (different system) and they said they are not available for at least a week as soon as they saw that we had not used them the first time. In this day and age there is a lot of competition and service is key. I understand if the first time the estimate was free they wouldn't want to come out and take a look at a different system but it wasn't. We paid for that estimate. Outstanding price and installation. My friend Chris flips houses for a living and has to buy HVAC systems more than most people. He said that he doesn’t bother shopping anymore, just call Garner.
I did and have been happy with the whole process. They even have a few spare window A/C units to loan while they order the unit. I didn’t need that, but that was a nice offer.
They didn’t try to up-sell me on some unit with all the toys or throw extended service contracts at me. They just pointed me toward a standard gas furnace and A/C. They install Bryant units. These are basically Carrier units

Garner Brothers recently put in a new heat pump for my mothers condo. They came over did an inspection and estimate and gave us the best solution for our needs. They conducting themselves professionally even during the installation. They showed up in the morning and were done in 3 hours soup to nuts. Their office even filled out and submitted the warranty for mom. I would definitely recommend Garner Bros!

We had excellent service with Garner Bros! From the first phone call, to the installation of our new heater and a/c unit, we couldn't have found a better company. Nancy was extremely friendly and quick to set up an appointment. The crew that came to do the installation were also friendly and professional. Prices were reasonable. Installed a replacement central air system for our house. Was the lowest estimate, but would have chosen them anyway because they seemed to be most thorough and knowledgeable. I have an older house retrofitted for central air with a Unico (hi-velocity/small vent) system. Scott came out and checked eveything, gave honest and detailed info without the "sales pitch," and came when scheduled to perform the job exactly as described. I cold not be happier with price and service, and glad to keep the money in our local community.

Highly recommend this company. Our furnace was leaking water everywhere out of the relief valve and it was a situation that we needed to get fixed that night. Their office line had an emergency number to call during after hours which we called. Chuck called us back in a timely manner and came to our house that night to correct the problem. He was here for a couple of hours correcting the problem. Chuck did a great job explaining the problem and what needed to be fixed and why.
