I have a simple plan that I wanted to get engineered by SETE and received a quote that was twice as high as all competitors from SETE. I called Tim of SETE to discuss price and try to make a deal and just got flat insulted.
Tim is of the opinion that if I need price breaks then I shouldn't be building. I thought this was an arrogant and dismissive stance.
You guys will not always be in the middle of a boom SETE. Real Estate is very cyclical. You WILL experience a downturn and at that point, hopefully you haven't let your smart mouth cancel your prospective customers.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Gave one star only because the job was technically finished. If you don't care about getting things done in a timely manner, dealing with organized people, or having questions answered then these are the people for you. They missed appt's that they forced us to make with them, added stuff that they failed to put in their own design at the end which delayed me getting the WPI-8 inspections done. And then I had to wait for the engineer to get back from "Vacation" for him to finish signing the WPI-2 which should have been done before he even left. These people just want your
