We have hired many general contractors over many years but I was referred to 12 Gauge Construction. They know what they are doing. First I received a contract which had a scope of work. Then the superintendent contacted me. He used to come very often and never left without reviewing the work with either myself or my manager.
They completed the work about 2 weeks before our opening. Overall loved their professionalism and pricing.

We have worked with several construction/contracting companies over the past 8 years and this was BY FAR the most unprofessional construction company we have ever worked with. We really just want to save anyone else from having to deal with all the horrendous things we did. Please find another company to do business with.
