I’m a military mom in Tennessee - my daughter is in the US Coast Guard, and she’s stationed downtown Cleveland.
Today my daughter’s home sick. It’s almost Christmas...so, I Google ‘florists in Cleveland’ and find ‘12th street Florist.’
Good reviews so I telephone and leave a message. Not more than a few minutes later someone calls me back, we discuss my idea for flowers....
Later in the day I get a call from my Coastie daughter, “Mom, I can’t remember the last time I got flowers!!! They are so BEAUTIFUL!!” And she follows up with a text photo of the arrangement.

I have purchased a dozen roses for delivery to my wife's work for several years now. It has always been a pleasant experience dealing with 12th Street Florist, until today. I ordered a dozen lavender roses to be delivered today. Don't get me wrong they are beautiful, and they should be for $73.39, but they are clearly pink colored roses with lavender accents. So, I called 12th Street Florist and explained the incorrect order my wife had received. Instead of addressing the mistake the female told me they were lavender roses she received. I'm from out of state, and needed to order a bereavement plant arrangement for my relative at short notice. Kathy was professional, extremely helpful and sympathetic of my needs. She worked within my budget and created an arrangement that was simply beautiful. It was delivered the same day, my Aunt phoned me later that evening and was soooo appreciative....I felt that I was there giving her a hug. Thank you so much Kathy!!!! Wow, why has no one ever told me about this floral shop?
I had a friend of mine surprise me with an absolutely beautiful fall bouquet from this floral shop. It was a beautiful delivery, just sitting on my doorstep when I came home.
The bouquet itself was huge- with incredibly fresh flowers and beautiful colors- it was simply a beautiful arrangement. What has astonished me over these past few weeks is that the flowers have stayed fresh and good....for a solid three weeks! I often will go to the market and get fresh flowers from there....only to have them die and wither away within a week. Three

This florist came to rescue! I was in desperate need of floral tape and pins for my wedding bouquet that had gotten misplaced the morning of my wedding. Not only did they have the supplies I needed but they even gave them to me free of charge! Such kind people! Thank you again for saving my big day!

I always get deliveries from here to work and they always brighten my day! I have had long stem roses, easter bouquet's, just about everything you can imagine and they are always beautiful. The flowers I have today smell so good my entire office is permeated with their wonderful scent. They always come in a vase with a pretty bow on the outside. Why five stars? All the arrangments are so full looking and plentiful. Highly recommend.
