Incredibly unprofessional technician sent to my home this evening. My door knob had been removed and I only needed the door knob and key replaced. I was quoted $120 over the telephone. Once the job was done this technician (middle aged male) tried to increase the rate to $150. Became very defensive and rude once questioned about initial rate, was given $120 cash and tried to force us to Venmo $30 more. This man had no regard for customer service or professionalism. Will never use this company again and would not recommend. Dishonest technician.
