Our carefully selected, vaccinated, and fully screened caregivers and skilled nurses are all W-2 employees (not contractors!) with extensive training, including advanced training for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, ALS, and pre-op/post-op care needs.

As our Family Care Coordinator, Sarah meets with clients, families and referral sources to ensure that our clients are happy and their needs are being met. Sarah has a passion for helping people - especially seniors - and comes to Cambridge with 25 years of experience in the health care industry, including work in an assisted living community.

On several occasions during the past few years, I’ve needed fairly immediate assistance finding someone to sit with my father at rehab or his home. Every single time I reached out to Cambridge Caregivers, they came through for me. The individuals they sent certainly did give care to my father and piece of mind to me. Being friendly, compassionate and reliable was exactly what was needed. Should I need assistance again they are the ones I will call.

The staff at Cambridge Caregivers is outstanding. They are extremely attentive and truly care about each and every individual in their care as well as the family. Recently we conducted a service for one of their residence and were amazed to see the love this staff had for the gentleman that passed away. You would have thought it was their own family member. I hope when my time comes to need a facility like this, Cambridge is still an option for me! Don't hesitate for a second to bring them in your lives.

Just when I thought businesses had forgotten what customer service is I was blessed to find it still exists in Cambridge. Brian and Jincy are on point always. They go Above and Beyond each time I contact them. It is always an emergency when I contact them typically a weekend and late in the day and they ALWAYS answer the phone! Truly unheard of these days. They are able to perform the impossible and get the care we need right away. All of the care giving staff are professional trained individuals that dearly love what they do. I would never do business with anyone else this is a one stop shopping

We are using the in home caregivers for my mother who recently was hospitalized. She has LOVED each caregiver, and looks forward to seeing them each day. Cambridge does a great job of accommodating our family's needs, even at short notice. The staff is very responsive and kind. I feel like my mother is in great hands.

It has been 1 1/2 yrs now that we have been using Cambridge Caregivers. To say that they are part of our family is an understatement.
We have the same caregivers that we started with but we have gone through many others at times and find they are all well prepared and capable. I find they are so well prepared to handle situations that I don't even know to think about.
The ability to have smooth continuity with the same care givers is key in our situation with my 95 year old Father. Cambridge is very sensitive to that issue for us.
The caregivers seem to seamlessly come along side our Father

Cambridge Caregivers has been wonderful to work with for several years now. Dean and his staff are professional, quick to respond and very reliable. I have used their services and have referred several families that needed caregivers over the years, everyone has been very pleased with them. They screen their applicants, handle the payroll, billing and employ the best people with experience who stay with them a long time (low turnover) and they seem to have amazing and kind personalities that are needed when caring for elderly.
