Fantastic quality and value. Coffee table and end tables are hefty, well-made and go great together. The ottoman is a great height for our sofas and easy to move about. Just received the mirror - hoping to hang it today :-).
All items were well packaged and arrived securely. Still awaiting a backordered Laurent swivel chair -- looking forward to another great experience with Zuri!

I bought these stools online not knowing how comfortable they would be or if the color (purple) would be the hue I was really hoping for. I'd just bought an adjustable table and needed something that would work at any height.
Let me just say- "win-win" on both counts! I called Zuri to ask a few questions prior to purchase and the customer service was excellent. They arrived quickly and with NO damage to the boxes or chairs. Assembly was a piece of cake and they were around my table in no time. Comfort- exceptional! Look- exactly what I wanted and true to what I saw online.

Absolutely thrilled with two purchases: the Encore Sectional couch and the Jayden side table. High quality materials, and love the aesthetic. The two pieces complement each other really well. The shipping time was impressively quick (especially considering the long lead times for most furniture places). Designer at the store was helpful in the purchasing process too. Worth the investment, will be purchasing from Zuri again.

I purchased a buffet table that cost almost $2,000 and it took 3 months to put it together.
Quality check was not done before shipping. Took 3 shipment to put it together.
Lauren was incompetent. Nor sympathetic.
I dealt with her with the damaged item I requested to be replaced. She said she would make sure the damaged items get the quality check before shipment. It wasNOT done as it took 3 more shipment to replace the damaged items.
Overall, it is not worth buying Zuri. The worst experience I have ever purchased online.

We purchased five barstools. One for the chef and four to seat the family at the kitchen island. You can see the color green in our kitchen backsplash and importantly, Zuri was able to provide an amazing modern/contemporary barstool to complement our backsplash color.
These barstools are sturdy, well-built and were easy to assemble. Shipped promptly, our barstoolcame boxed in protective coverings, (2 stools per box) without any damage or missing parts.

Please read the one star reviews . These are real reviews of the quality of the furniture . Donot buy the extended warranty, it's a scam. This company will not be there after purchase. I purchased an extended warranty and they won't even return my call. They make excuses for why the furniture falls apart days after purchase. BUYER BEWARE

I was super excited when I found this company; I'm designing a warehouse and thought their office furniture looked perfect.
Unfortunately, out of the 5 furniture vendors I've used, they have been the most hassle. I ordered 2 desks, over 3 months ago, with their white glove service. The desk arrived over a month late, with no updates from the company unless I called. However, because of Covid I let that go.
Then the white glove company came to assemble the desk. The first one went up perfectly; albeit abnormally short. It is worth noting, the white glove people left several marks

I ordered the ETTA 51" COFFEE TABLE and the ETTA SIDE TABLE. Very nice table and side table that complements our tv/living area. I like the fact that the drawer is big enough to fit board games/magazines and such. Keep in mind that the table is a lower height, which in our case was perfect! The glass is also much thicker then I anticipated and I don't see it cracking/breaking anytime soon. All the items came in an overly abundant amount of packaging so beware about spending a lot of time cleaning up.
I would recommend this table and purchasing from them. Great overall.

I am happy with bar stools I ordered from Zuri Furniture. They had good choice of colors and very reasonable price. I did have to wait for more than a month to receive an order but it was due to delays because of Covid-19 and some issues with Fedex. In the end, I got my order and those stools look very stylish and very modern!
