We operate in MA and RI and our target land parcels are between 1 to 10 acres of raw or redevelop-able land.

Schiavo Enterprises was established in 2001 by Robert and Daniel Schiavo with a focus on commercial real estate development. We develop, manage and own commercial properties in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets. As a commercial real estate agent, I worked very closely with this commercial development company for the past 2 years, on a weekly basis, in order to bring a land development parcel deal to the closing table.
