We bought our home in 2020 which was built by Jarman Homes. We feel it was very good construction, well built and very well designed inside and out. Neil and Joy were very easy to work with and were a big help in selecting the trim, granite, lights, flooring, tile, and colors. We would definitely recommend them as builders for your new home.
Jarman Homes has been building in Johnston & Wake County for over 20 years. We are proudly building in some of the finest communities in Clayton or we can build on your lot. One of the best decisions my husband and I have ever made was to ask the Jarmans to build our custom home. This husband-wife team is quite simply the best in the business! Quiet, capable, skillful Neil, and lively, creative, organized Joy are a true class act. They built our home and helped design the interior look with as much care and interest as if it were their own personal residence. Honesty and integrity are key to this couple.
