Was in a very tight financial situation when my father passed and was also during the pandemic last year. Had a very irregular viewing, very short only 10 people allowed. Was charged the same amount, approached the DAY of the final viewing about the money owed, and even went so far as to mention whether my deceased father would receive a stimulus check. If you have money or insurance you will get good service. If you are struggling and come here, good luck. Most of my family have had their services here through the years, but no more. Not sure I have ever been treated so poorly.

My family and I were very impressed with the professionalism, service, sympathy, and respect shown by Koch's Funeral Home for my father's visitation and funeral. There are many logistics and moving parts involved for planning a funeral, especially when a family member's death is unexpected. It can be an overwhelming experience given there are many decisions that must be made within a short timeframe while also coping with the loss of a loved one. Koch Funeral Home coordinated everything seamlessly during the entire process and there were no issues, which made it much easier for my family. Staff
