I would give this company a five but I think they could improve the user experience. First, they gave us a quote 30$ per vent…. But when the guy came to our house he wanted to charge us 60$ per vent because we’ve never cleaned our vents before…. Like how is the price going to double like that and you’re not even going to warn us??? Luckily my mom negotiated and got a 10$ discount per vent. Also they told us the house would take 1 hr or so but it lasted 2 hours. Also the first appointment was canceled because they couldnt find anyone in our area and then the second appointment the guy was

Be aware that the price quoted will more than likely not be the price on the day the tech arrives. I have an Ivory damask camel back sofa and loveseat. No stains at all, I just don't vacuum them as often as I should. I told them on the phone that I wanted a DEEP CLEAN of both pieces. Given a price of $99 for the sofa and $89 for the loveseat - fine. The tech shows up and tells me that, yes, they can steam clean them for the prices quoted, but a deep clean will cost $350. He barely got here in the time slot I reserved. My carpets are drenched. It barely looks different. Probably because he spent an hour at most cleaning 3 rooms, a small hallway and 12 stairs. (About 600sqft, give or take) Not to mention there are still stains that barely look different.
Not worth the money. I have a carpet cleaner that I could have done that job with with the same results in the same time frame. Then his machine scratched my front door... 🤨 The only reason I gave two stars was because he was nice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The cleaning was supposed to happen on October 9th, with an arrival window between 2-4pm. At 3:30pm I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 6pm. I have a toddler, that wasn't going to work. So I rescheduled for the following Friday, Oct 16th, between 9-11am. At 10:30am on the 16th I got a call from the technician saying they wouldn't arrive until 1:30pm. Again, that really wasn't going to work. I called the main line to reschedule, and they were able to get someone there last minute, at 11am. I had booked a regular clean,

I was very upset when I put my credit card information in their phone and the tech took away the phone as I was totaling it and added a tip for himself and said" I need a tip" I told him I was very upset and I did not authorize him to do that. I was planning on leaving a cash tip. That is sneaky and totally unprofessional and I will never use this company again!

Good Lord please save me from doing business with such people ! It’s not the fault of the company - but the supervisor who was here to get the job done. Paid $270 to shampoo the carpets - but received about 25 minutes of steam cleaning four bedrooms and a 5x8 area rug ! Carpets look just the same . When I called the office to express my disappointment - I was offered a complimentary single room carpet shampooing. I politely declined because I do not wish to open my doors to people who do not have their values in place !!

I used Certified Green Team to clean my air ducts, big mistake, first they are scammers, advertise $29.99 per vent but then switch to the "deeper clean" pitch which seems to be there standard pitch. I was quoted $350 on the phone, when they arrived the guy said it would be $1600, I said no that was too much, then he said $1000, at this point I should have gone with my gut and showed them the door but I said ok. The cleaning guy came and was super professional and courteous. One thing you might want to realize is they seem to be open for negotiating and haggling.
We started with a price for just a steaming and when he came through, he tried to upsell us a bit. We agreed on the upsells and were able to negotiate the price.
This isn't a bait and switch as I've seen some reviews say. You literally get the price for just a steaming, and if you want a deeper service, you should expect to pay for it.

I wish you have had answered me over the phone when I ask to speak with you several times when I call today but you left me no choice but to inform consumers about your terrible business practices which your previous reviews CLEARLY confirm. Additionally, just reading your reply it show the lack of customer services skills and professionalism in place at your business. The up-sale once they were at the house was $700 for shampooing the carpets and sofa.
I thought that $700 was pricey so I went with the steam cleaning. Final price was $244 after they did some measuring.
The carpet and sofa did not look any cleaner when they finished or the next day when it was dry!!!

Have to echo the 1 bad review below which I ignored blundersously when I researched them first. Phone price was $80 and in person was $240. I get that the argument was this was in bad condition but the phone price also was for the same high end service which was shampooing. The entire "deep cleaning" was less than 15 min for my 2 rooms. He literally swept once through the surface. Apparently the deodorizer was included, to me it smells like regular shampoo and how it smelled before. And then proceeded to show me how 'dirty' the carpet was by showing me the brown water. As if

I was looking for a small localy owned carpet cleaning company, after a couple bigger companies wanted way to much to clean A house me amd my family were moving into. when i called Mass carpet, i got a flat price, for a completely organic cleaning.
I was shocked at what i got, not only did they remove stains that were older than my kids, he got the cat smell out of the basement too. All in all i would highley recommend.
