Had lipo of abs and flanks...... ruined my stomach (took way too much fat out in different parts of my stomach) and my flanks are so lumpy. Had to have a revision some where else which cost me $10k. Had to get a fat grapht to my stomach to address the mess he left. Also was left with two egg sized cysts on my stomach that were filled with blood. And will need another fat graft. I’ve chatted with a several people on RealSelf who also have messed up lipo because of him. There’s so many surgeons out there. BEWARE.

Dr. Darrow is INCREDIBLE. I had an incredible experience from start to finish: he was kind and honest, his staff is WONDERFUL, and recovery has been incredible. He did my breast augmentation, and the picture here is from four days (!!!) post-op -- he's truly an artist, and I will only trust him in the future for any other procedures I'm interested in having.

My niece is 19 years old and saved up her money for a long time to get filler around the bridge of her nose, which has a little bump naturally (this is something she has been self-conscious about for years). After spending years saving for rhinoplasty, I’m disappointed to say this has been the worst experience of my life. I’m horrified by my results and hardly ever left the house post-surgery because of this. One of my nostrils has almost completely collapsed making it difficult to breathe. There is almost no difference in the size after I specified I wanted a shorter nose with a small, defined shape. What I received was nothing close to this. My nose seems even bigger than before and I’ll be having to spend thousands with a more trustworthy surgeon elsewhere. Don’t waste your time, look elsewhere

My experience with the office was top notch from the scheduling of my appointment to my surgical date on November 9, 2020. Knowing individual results can vary, can I tell you how GREAT my results are thus far! The staff is extremely friendly and professional! The anesthesiologist was so calming, the nurses who took care of me overnight were exceptional! Dr. Darrow is a Phenomenal physician who took his time to listen to me. Dr. Darrow was the best! I had a rhinoplasty done just over a year ago and I can say with complete honesty that the results have greatly exceeded my, already high, expectations. Start to finish, Dr. Darrow was very clear about his process and the results I should expect - I was never mislead with false promises. He guided me through the whole process; showing me a computer generated image of what I could expect, explaining what would happen during surgery, what would happen after surgery, etc. and was generally very comforting. My recovery was super quick - from day of surgery to the point bruising

Excellent Surgeon, excellent staff, cannot recommend highly enough. Both Dr. Darrow and his staff were responsive & always willing to answer my many questions.
