This salon is phenomenal. Victoria cuts hair better than anyone else I know- I always get tons of compliments and I love how my hair performs. Diane is fantastic with color too, the salon is a friendly place and I'm a very happy camper. I had an amazing experience at this salon! My colorist, Rebecca, did an impeccable job, and Victoria the owner gave me such a stylish cut.

Victoria has been doing my hair since 2014. She’s a master of her craft and knows what looks good. She’s like an artist with scissors and is phenomenal with color. I never have to tell her what to do. She and I always take time to talk about my hair. I wear it short and it always looks great.

My mom hasn’t had a haircut in over a year since the pandemic started, and she’s heard great things about this place through a friend. Victoria, the owner, did a great job with a major makeover that we all love. My mom looks like a different person, so pretty. I highly recommend Victoria, she trained with Vidal Sassoon.

Victoria did my hair for my wedding and a fabulous and professional job. She is extremely talented. I recommend her highly. She takes her time with each and every client in a caring and special way. I had to grow out my short hair to accommodate a French twist. She was my stylist for the two years it took.

Horrible experience. Victoria picked up scissors and cut my hair off above my ear. I feel totally violated and i did not request a short haircut. My specific statement was, i dont like short hair on me, its not attractive. I just wanted to look nice for a graduation trip. I look terrible. I think Victoria may have been altered.

This place is a hidden gem. I walked in to a beautifully decorated salon straight out of London. Victoria did my hair. The results were amazing! She corrected many coloring mistakes on my hair. My hairlights were so bright and fresh. My haircut made me look like I just came out of a photo shoot. Victoria

Victoria gave me a fantastic haircut and highlights! I have gotten so many compliments on it! I am growing it out from a shorter cut and she knew just how to cut it so it looked stylish and accomplished my goal. I highly recommend her and her salon!
I had the Groupon for a cut and full highlights. I added a gloss which was a little more but it was worth it. It was still way less than full price and the quality cut and highlights were more top notch.

Yes, for those who purchase the Groupon, there is usually an up-charge for those with long hair and for gloss application. HOWEVER, everything else these 1 and 2 reviews have to say is completely FALSE.
Not only is Victoria (the owner) very sweet and welcoming, but she did an amazing job on my hair and answered any questions I had with complete patience and honesty. I am so happy with my experience and love my hair.

I used a Groupon and I added services, so yes, I paid more and it was 100% worth it! I love the results. Both Victoria and Jenny were fabulous. I brought my earphones because I thought I would get the silent treatment, but they were both friendly and nice to chat with! I'll be back without a Groupon next time, I finally found a salon I like!

Beware - Groupon for highlights is not actually for highlights itself. Basically what they do is bleach your hair and call it highlights.
When I arrived, I was ushered into the back to begin the highlights. Knowing in advance that it cost more for long hair, I asked for my hair to be cut first. They said they normally dye it first before the cut so they can charge the long hair fee. But they accommodated it in the reverse order, when I requested it.
Stylist began coloring my hair and I asked what color she was doing since I hadn't chosen yet. That was

From pissed off employees that don't want to be there once they learn they cant upsell you to a downright ridiculous haircut. The shoulder-length cut with a picture ended up being 2 inches long in the back and the front is lopsided, one side is longer than the other. The salon is really cute looking- they should sell to someone that knows what they're doing.

Like many others before, I purchased a Groupon. But keep in mind if you purchase one, you'll be paying MUCH more - I was told I needed Olaplex and something else, gloss or something.. I asked if instead of getting the full highlights I could just get partial and get a discount on one of the services, and they said NO. That's pretty messed up - people are coming in with a Groupon because they want to save $. Most places offer a discount on additional services if it's first visit or you have a Groupon. This ended up costing me an additional $130. I guess I'm an idiot because I

Came in to use a Groupon and will definitely be coming back! The staff was friendly and made sure I left feeling great about my new haircut. The deep conditioning did wonders for my hair and I love the layers my stylist put in. I did have to pay a long/thick hair fee ($20), but with the Groupon, it wasn't too bad price-wise in the end. The salon itself was very cute (as an Anglophile, I loved the London decor).

If you are using Groupon, please don't make the same mistake I did and not read the fine print. A "single process" only means a root touch up. I'm not sure why they don't just say "root touch up" on the coupon. However, that's my fault.
I asked if I could just get the deep condition and the haircut since I didn't realize the fine print. I was told I couldn't unless I bought the services individually. I had a fantastic experience at Victoria London Salon! The owner cares wholeheartedly about her business and clients. I disagree with the negative reviews posted. Victoria gave me a fantastic hair cut that I had been longing for since I moved to the Boca Raton area (having lived in NY and Europe). I have been to several salons in Boca/South Florida area and I have found that stylists do not know how to cut layers into shoulder length hair. It has been a struggle to get a good hair cut. Wanted to like this place but they are not only snotty (for some reason) they didn't listen to my hair color request (of NOT wanting to go darker -I emphasized because my hair grabs color fast) So what do they do? Pull too dark a color all the way through and leave it on way too long and turn my hair black.
I could have done this with a box color for 10$! Im still working on lightening and lifting my color from this visit 3 months ago.
In addition I opted not to have blow dry because I was in a rush but i have NEVER had the staff disappear ON ME AN NOT EVEN COMB OUT MY HAIR !
