Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. In the last six months my mother and law is been lacking of good care. Always understaffed, big lack of communication. The office does not know who is scheduled to come to give service at the house and staff gets here when they please and when the CNA calls in the office will not replace personnel and we have to miss work. Plenty of untrained CNA at this company and a lot of overturn.

The staff at Changes Home Care is by far the most genuine and compassionate in the field. As a former employee that has witnessed first hand the love and commitment that goes behind each decision that is made for their staff and clients- and also as a family member of someone who received the care- you will not regret allowing these amazing people into your life and family.

The personnel is pleasant, but unfortunately the service they provide is not the best. My mother was under this agency for about 6 month and it was a real nightmare. They introduced as having personnel capable and trained to work with all kind of patients, but truth is they are not. They are ALWAYS understaffed, there is an absolute lack of internal communication, whenever I called to ask for scheduling no one knew what was going on. They scheduled aids and most of the time they didn't showed up, of course the agency barely notified me in advance. If you pick this agency be prepared for the unexpected

This organization has been one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I have worked for Changes for over 3 years and have been in this business for over 15 years and have worked for several other home health care agencies in the area and this company is by far one of the best. In staff appreciation and they go above and beyound for their patients. They so out of their way to ensure their staff and patients are are happy and treated like family!!

Finding good care for the most important people in your life can be very difficult. Changes Home Care took excellent care of my father. They are patient and kind and very loving. They go above and beyond to help. It was a great experience for us and we are so thankful for everyone from Changes. The caregivers feel like family members now! If you are considering home health care, I HIGHY recommend Changes Home Care. The experience was Great on both sides.. I love their work ethic, and the way they do things . The changes home care side was the best, they give you hours and will do anything for you just to you could feel comfortable. If I could I would go back and work for them I would. Now the other side changes home health it's OK its like the other side but it's just when you first start you have to wait almost a whole month to get hours. When I first started I was only getting6 hours and then the nest week 12 hours. I just couldn't wait any longer to get hours. I couldn't live off 6-12 hours. But other
