Our reports are easy to digest and understand. They are broken into individual sections, such as Interior, Heating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof, and so on.
Radon is a radioactive gas that occurs naturally from the decay of uranium that is found in the soil beneath the home. This Radon gas enters the home thru the crawl space, cracks in the foundation and floor, sump pump pits, water and some building materials. Radon gas in the home, however cannot be detected by living in the home alone, as it is colorless, odorless, and cannot be tasted.

My initial evaluation is reflected below, however, there have been some updates. On my home inspection report, the report indicated that the crawl space was not inspected due to the size of the opening being too small. I would have nothing further to say if this was the only clear entrance to the crawlspace, but I found another one with adequate space for access on the back exterior of the home which should have been noted if the exterior was thoroughly inspected. It is easily accessible and much larger than the one discussed on the inspection. The reason I'm upset by this is because when
