What a frightening horrific experience. When I showed up to check in, I was immediately separated from my belongings and inventoried like I had just been thrown in jail. While they were busy gutting my personal things I went into my dark bathroom (lights were ON) a palmetto bug (GIANT cockroach flew across the room and landed on the wall. The A/C was a standup individual thing in a stale room. Just outside my cell were a long line of ancient abandoned people screaming in hallways left unattended as they weakly tried to stop nurses to answer what were obviously pending questions. The paperwork talked

I came directly from the hospital. From the first moment the staff made me feel welcome. It was clear that my needs and comfort was paramount from management to care givers. Everyone was sensitive to my needs and very caring. First full day the manager from every department came in to introduce themselves. I was given a phone directory and encouraged to call with any questions or concerns. That in itself gave me a sense of control which one does not often have in care facility environments. But, I have not needed that directory because staff has treated me so well. What I need and want is important

We did not have a good experience with this facility. There was a terrible lack of communication from the staff and the social worker. I called and spoke with the nurse in charge and she told me she didn't know anything about the health concern I was asking about. Apparently they do not review patient charts! I called for the social worker who didn't return my call, I called again and was given to another person in her office who did not have information. When I finally spoke with the social worker and said she had not returned my call, her response was "did you call me again?". No apology for

I had amazing care from every individual in the facility (no matter what their profession was). The facility is very clean and food is great. Physical and occupational therapy were great. Staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed.

Absolutely the best facility for the compassionate and professional care my husband received during his rehab. We applaud the kitchen crew, activities director, front and station desks people, nurses, attendants, rehab, maintenance and administrative staffs. We were treated with dignity and smiles when it counted the most. Their care helped us make the transition back home less scary. We applaud this facility and the location was an added bonus.

Do NOT leave anyone in your family or yourself at this facility. The absolute worst "care" for anyone recovering. They leave their patients outside in wheelchairs for hours without checking on them, but they have time to sit at the front desk and chat amongst each other. Laziest nurses I've ever met. These patients are better off alone at home than at this place. Please do your research before leaving anyone here, just because the place is nice looking doesn't mean it's a good place to recover at. These people do not care about their patients.
