My husband and I have several vehicles of different makes and models. EGM has taken care of them all. Anytime we have an issue, they are always polite, professional and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure we get the best quality work at a price that isn't outrageous or inflated.
If they can't do the work, they will help you find who can. We won't use anyone else and they are who we recommend to anyone who needs an honest auto shop

Seems like a good business but doesn't keep record of any vin numbers on any of the cars they serviced. Only by name and license plates... Wish they had a better documentation for records.

They fixed the door handle of the car. It took 15 minutes to fix. They charged $207 for just the labor. The part was extra. I later called a friend who lives 200 yards from the facility. He told me that he went to EGM and had a similar experience. They said he had a bad head gasket and some other things that were wrong with the car. He went to another place and they said he did not need a head gasket. In fact he drove it for 4 years after that without any sign of head gasket leak. He said it was a clip joint.

Brought my car here after getting a horrible quote from Lithia Dodge dealership and they told me I didn’t need half of what I was quoted. I’m very happy with their honesty and kindness. Saved me $1800 and a lot of stress! Will be returning to have what work I do need done.

EGM is the only place to go!!! Not only are they honest, there customer service is amazing!! Also added bonus.... they treat their employees great!! More businesses could take a lesson from Ellie and Mark and of course Tiny ( the big boss)!!

They always do great work! Rebuilt the top end in my malibu in like 5 days and did a new master cylinder and brake flush in my truck. Very versatile. Good prices and willing to work with anyone! Very friendly. 😊

Friendly family owned business who cares about helping neighbors. Spencer one of their techs is tenacious in his ability to dive into the process and search for solutions. They are prompt and professional and have two large shops to handle everything from BMW’s to HD diesels to Winnebagos!
They pride themselves on excellent preventive maintenance. They have Sophisticated transmission, fuel, steering, coolant cleaning machines to renew your systems and get the most mileage from them. I have tried a number of shops in the area. Their prices are fair, they are efficient and do a great job explaining

EGM Automotive has blown me away with their over the top service! My TIPM failed which caused extreme anxiety for me while driving, as it's a huge safety issue (no tail lights or running lights & a whole lot of darkness). EGM got me in right away, did not stop searching for a back-ordered part and immediately got me back in and fixed up when the… part arrived. Then they went above and beyond to find a needed taillight before I could even ask them to do so. Biggest take away? They care- everyone person I met was genuine and there to help. I will continue to bring my vehicle to EGM!

Driving up from Fairbanks and got a flat tire at 9:00pm. Stranded cause nobody was open at all. Put a plea out on Facebook and someone gave me their phone number. They were still helping us out at 11:30 at night. I can’t thank them enough for taking the time and being so kind and so late at night.

I give these guys a 5 star rating. Kelly, the manager, was friendly, professional and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. He worked with me and for me with my extended warranty and the final cost was very fair. But most important of all, I trust EGM Automotive.

Great work and good prices. What a fun crew, and the shop dogs are the icing on the cake! Highly recommend these folks if you need work done.

New Years Eve and I have serious issues with my truck... the dealership could barely answer the phone and acknowledge my plight. I have to be to work 350 miles away on January 2.
A do it yourself mechanic suggested I contact EGM… as a competent option.
I call EGM, they say bring it in now, 11 am on New Year’s Eve.... they are already leaps and bounds ahead of the dealership.
In a short time of inspection we identify and agree upon 6 CRITICAL must do repairs.
