Vickie goes over, above and beyond to take care of her clients! She is always there for you. When we had problems with our previous mortgage lender she made multiple phone calls and faxes and didn't quit until the issue was resolved. Not only that but she is exceptionally friendly and super nice. About the time you start thinking customer service is dead - along comes Vickie and proves its is still alive and well!
