One of the Best family owned and run jewelry stores in the area! Everyone is always super friendly and they go out of their way to make sure the service and products are the best quality and reasonably priced! If they don’t have available in the show cases what you are looking for they have a wonderful jewelry craftsman on site that can create it! It is always a please to deal with Rosie, Dee, Jenn, Stan and of course the glue of the family Stan and Rose (Dad & Mom). Once you become a customer you are considered part of the family!! I was nervous about the whole initial selling of my jewelry which I had accumulated over my years of working which was now just sitting in a jewelry box. From the moment I met Rose who greeted me it was like I had reconnected with a lost friend. The entire family (as it is a family business) is professional, but adds to your experience a personal feeling that alleviates any nervousness you may have. I was recently in this establishment to get rid of some old jewlery. I no longer cared for the aesthetic of the pieces but still liked the large gemstones. I removed them because I felt rainbow jewlers had no use for them as they told me on prior occasions that they just melt all the metal down and dispose of the stones. Well, when I presented the jewlery, they more or less offered me $20.00 for several pieces of 14k gold. All the gold combined was worth more than $20. They were questioning me why the stones were removed and I told them why. The woman insinuated that I was a thief and said that

We took my 89 year old mom here to resize 3 rings. Rose was delightful. The store was very busy but Rose made her feel like she was the only customer in the store. She was very patient with my mom and offered suggestions on how the rings could be resized for the best fit. The rings now fit great and my mom is enjoying being able to wear them again. The customer service here is astounding. This is a great local business to support.
