The staff went above and beyond to help me get the right medication (after my doctor's office sent them the wrong script). They provided excellent customer service and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Main Street Pharmacy is the first pharmacy in downtown Safety Harbor in over 20 years. It is a community pharmacy with pharmacists who are ready to help you with all of your prescription needs. Phyllis moved to Pinellas County after she graduated in 1993 from the University of Sciences in Philadelphia, PA, where she formed a student chapter of PSHP, and graduated with honors and various awards.
We offer a wide range of compounding services, including veterinary, pain, hospice and hormone replacement therapy. Sync your prescriptions with our pharmacy and pick up all of your medications on the same day each month. Needed a rapid test and was recommended I try here. Earlier in the week I waited 3+ hours at a clinic. I was in and out Main Street Pharmacy in 20 minutes and was called regarding my results within the hour. If you need a rapid test done, well, rapidly this is well worth the price. Super nice staff. Highly recommend.

It is impossible for me to say be happier with my service here. Due to a mix up at the airport we had to get a PCR test urgently and with absolutely no time to spare, Main Street Pharmacy stepped up and rushed us through ridiculously fast, way quicker than we could ever expect. Thank you so much, still currently on our way to the flight but we wouldn't have have a chance to get there without you. Thank you so much

Very nice people! And very accommodating. Someone recommended them to me as a great place for a Covid shot. Took me right in. I got lucky they'd just had a cancellation so they gave me the shot right on the spot. That tells me they see people, not just processes and procedures. They administered the shot with great care and compassion and had me stay a few minutes to make sure i was OK. Good people!

New ownership, new scams. I adore Tina, the only redeeming thing but several months ago, ownership changed hands. I was suddenly informed medication I've taken for a decade was allegedly no longer covered by insurance so I had to do cash pay. They stated insurance requires ER meds. I spoke with insurance, they had no reqs. I spoke with my doc who said when a major carrier drops a highly prescribed med, they get a list of recommended changes. I inquired again at the second fill, and was told it was still within window. Total cash paid, $180. My doc informed me that some pharmacies try to do this

Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. Tina went out of her way to help me get the right medicine and help me save money! She worked very hard on my behalf and it’s appreciated. I picked up my prescription in the store and the young lady that waited on me was terrific - friendly, smiling and efficient. Can’t ask for more. Highly recommended.

I wish there were more stars to give Main Street Pharmacy! They are an example of the ultimate in customer service... knowledge of product, timely service, friendly staff, superior communication skills and reasonable prices are their trademark. Most of all they are caring, compassionate and willing to help when needed. They have gone the "extra mile" to help me and are greatly appreciated.
