He is a scam artist! Anyone who is filing bankruptcy doesn't have any extra money laying around, but he charges $100 for a consultation, JUST to come and talk to him. America Law Group will meet with you for free, look them up opposed to working with McCollum.

It has been one year since Ive paid for a simple divorce and Im still married. Do not hire. He drops the ball and do not care about your time nor inconvening you. I had to take my divorce paper to the courthouse myself. Unbelivable

Would not recommend. I called for information about bankruptcy and the attorney was rude, without patience, in general had a bad attitude and doesn't know how to speak politely to a potential client.

I do not recommend using this rude and unprofessional attorney for any reason. He is nothing but a fast talker and does not take time with his clients. I am still dealing with him and his office 1 year post my bankruptcy completion. His office will tell you one thing then he will deny his office would ever say that. I hope to be rid of this nightmare soon. Don't use him unless you like the run around.
