In 1990, while working at a Cleveland Ohio new car dealership, Akron native Sam Snellenberger Sr. had had enough of car dealers turning away people solely due to weak credit. Sick of seeing good people with bad credit turned down repeatedly at the chance to buy a car, Sam decided then and there that bad credit should not be a life sentence, but instead a catalyst for life change and he set out to do something about it.

The only thing great about my experience was Shamika. The process was ridiculously long, and things need to be more clear to customers about down payment. Every car says $99 but then when you ask, you get oh that one is $500, or that was is $2300. That’s a huge difference and every customer in that dealership had said the same thing. Ryan was ridiculously loud and annoying. He was clear across the office and not funny. Extremely unprofessional and that went for most. Customers business should not be told and heard by other customers. If I was not in a tight situation I wouldn’t have stayed

Man walk in there and met with my salesman Ryan an he was the best, got me in a nice car and he was very helpful with everything. Allen and Al were great! While I'm not thrilled about what my payments are, I got the car that I was interested in. The payment is still affordable. (I should probably add that I've never had a car payment to have anything to compare it to) They worked hard to help me get on the road again. I appreciate them!!!

Bedford location : I had submitted an application online and they let me know I was approved. I was working with Lisa, she is incredible. I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to commit yet so I was just looking around at vehicles. Lisa tried being super helpful as well as two other employees here. However when I decided that I'd like to wait at least a week before purchasing her manager Al began criticizing me, telling me I just came in and wasted everyone's time, he was yelling at me, I was treated very poorly, with everything I've been going through with my four month old being

My credit isn't the best and after contacting a few used car lots and getting turned down I was very discouraged. ABC Motorcredit called about 20 minutes after I filled out my online application to get some more information from me and 20 minutes after that I received another call letting me know I was pre-approved. I took my pay stubs and proof of residency and a 300$ down payment and drove away in a SUV the same day. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The high payment (440.00 a month) and the high miles (90,000-125,000) on the cars could be big negatives for other people but for me
