Over the past 18 years, I have developed my practice, focusing primarily in the areas of construction law, bankruptcy, commercial litigation and real estate law. I often represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers relative to all phases of construction, from contract negotiation and drafting to litigation and collection.

All accounts are handled directly by Attorney Sullivan pursuant to specifically-tailored collection strategies, communicated in advance, and consistently followed. Attorney Sullivan understands that letter-writing campaigns and phone calls are not likely to result in payment.
Mechanic's liens can be a powerful collection tool, but they are extremely delicate.
