Lou is the best realtor We have used. His strong knowledge allows him to mange and complete complex sale assignments. Our house needed modernization to command a premium price. Without hesitation Lou took control. He coordinated the entire effort including design recommendations, contractor sourcing, staging and financing. Lou made it look easy and it was truly effortless for my wife and I. Our house sold within days for 100k plus over the asking price, mainly due to Lou’s experience and professionalism.

Lou Realyvasquez was great with us. When we first met he told us exactly what we could afford and what price range we should shoot for and he was dead on. When he sold our condo he was there even for our mover because we where on our honeymoon and when we bought our new house we had nothing to worry about. Two years later we love our home and have had nothing to worry about. He really took care of us and I still don't hesitate to call him for advice.
