I've been using Sloan & Assoc. for 5 years now. After using an online company for years with everything seeming to be fine. After a "hiccup" and a letter from the IRS, I immediately contacted Sloan & Assoc. and they fixed the issue that was made by the online company, and have handled my taxes and accounting questions ever since. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough to my friends.

Tax service was extremely fast and hassle free, dropped them offing a Friday, received a courtesy call to inform me of the refund/ payment amounts the following Tuesday, signed and picked up my copies at my convenience the following Monday. Everything was taken care of, I just had to write a check and drop the provided envelope in the mail. Tax prep price was $55.00 less than I paid the previous year at another preparer.

My wife and I went to Sloan because we had a pretty unique issue. We were referred by a friend.Not only were they able to help us but there was no charge. What they did for us made have been simple for them but relieved a ton of stress and the fact that we weren't charged was very kind.
