I went to Sam’s tile as it was highly recommended by my contractor as a place “to get quality tile and good service”, and I’m glad I did. I was immediately impressed by their selection as they offer a huge variety. Sam’s can accommodate any style. The atmosphere is very relaxed and I didn’t feel any pressure during the selection process. When I did need help, everyone was knowledgeable about their products and the remodeling process.

We would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with Sam’s Tile, Kitchen & Bath, and in particular our designer, Howie Gilmore. Howie was great during the entire process of our recent kitchen remodel, and went above and beyond to help and guide us. He gave us great ideas, was patient and accommodating and completely went to bat for us with the manufacturer when we hit a stumbling block with our cabinets. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and are so grateful for his help throughout the process. We completely recommend Howie and his team at Sam’s.

After all these years, finally pulled the trigger and remodeled our last original bathroom. What a pleasant surprise dealing with all the people at Sam's. Especially Mike & Nick who were very patient and helpful in helping us make selections. Even their installers were great to work with. Neat & friendly and actually showed up when they were supposed too.

Sam's is top quality in what they offer in the store and the experience of the people that work there. We have used Neil Hvolbeck twice for kitchen renovation projects and he is the best! Neil, a Kitchen Designer knows how to design a kitchen to get maximal use of space. We have chosen Plato cabinets twice- the first in a medium cherry and the second in oak. My parents and other friends had both done projects with them before and had nothing but good things to say so the decision was easy.
Completely remodeling a bathroom and kitchen is very overwhelming and John and Howie made it all so easy. Our bathroom turned out amazing and the kitchen even more so. Howie is the man! He turned what was once a small kitchen into a spacious space with a ridiculous amount of storage. I now have a space I love to cook and entertain in. These guys are real professionals. Do yourself a favor

Great Service and a great selection.
We just completed a complete renovation on our 100 year old home. Howie and John both took great care of us and helped us choose the right product and the correct layout for a full Kitchen and two bathrooms.
We ordered everything from them down to the hardware for the cabinets and it was all delivered on time .
This was not the first time we used Sam's , we have done two other bathrooms and a kitchen in our main residence over the last six years and we have always had the same result.

Buyer beware!!! One of the worse purchasing experiences I've ever had in my life. I can see that for any negative reviews the owner replies and tries to justify what happened. Blatant lies!!!
After spending a couple thousand at this place, our order came in short tile, wrong color and without finishes. The salesman was provided specific measurements (to the inch) and I specifically requested extra tile. This way I had an extra box if we ever needed to do repairs. The job was forced to be halted midstream due to being short. After bringing the issue to the salesman's attention

We walked in on a rainy Saturday afternoon, were approached almost immediately by an employee who asked if we needed help. After explaining we were just beginning our search, he gave us a brief summary of what was where (floor, wall, marble, etc.) and left us be.
They have a large selection of ceramic, porcelain, glass and marble tile, as well as a TV area with a couch for the kids.
After a diligent search, we had some questions, and John answered those and gave additional details, then took our sample order (two ceramic

Sams Floor Covering on Rt. 6 in Mahopac had a engineered hardwood floor I really liked. We paid, had the floor installed and immediately noticed the boards were installed crooked. I left a message at thier store right away during business hours and did not receive a call back. It took 3 days for the owner, Al Rastelli to contact me. He came to view the floor, agreed it was crooked and told me it would have to be ripped up. He brought his installer with him the next day and somehow Al no longer thought there was a problem with the floor. I asked for the installers Westchester County License number
