Flawless Customer Service!!!!
I purchased one of their electric hole punchers through Amazon. It worked great for about 4 months. After that, it started to get stuck. I contacted Amazon and they referred me to Martin Yale. I left a message and received a call the next day. I was asked to complete one form and told that they would have me ship it to them to see if it could be fixed. I received an email the next day that they would just send me a new one. The new one arrived in less that a week of my initial contact with them.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They sent me a gallon of glue, that was packaged very sloppily. The lid had about half a roll of tape on it in a poor attempt to secure the lid. I couldn't open it, after a half hour of trying. I emailed them and they said, you should be able to open it (after telling them I couldn't open it). Then when I asked for help they emailed me back and told me to package it and ship it back to them for a refund. No sense of customer service. I called and spoke with a manager and she just talked over me. Avoid this company.
