Love Quality Respite! Kerry is amazing, and all the other staff have always been super helpful too. This agency has helped so much and all of the caregivers have been great with my son and very trustworthy. They have been able to help with last minute requests and I can trust that they always do their best for me and my son. So thankful for this agency!!

Very friendly staff, super detail oriented, I receive a letter every month that lets me know of what is going on in the comunity, as well as with the office. That letter opened the door to me finding out about sensory friendly movie theaters, which my daughter now loves to go to. Caregivers always go above and beyond. It is an amazing to be able to have these services provide to us.
THANK YOU QRHC

As a caregiver, I had an amazing experience with the company, the flexibility & availability for full time or part time employment is great. Communication is a major key with this job position, just like any other. The office staff works tediously throughout the day to accommodate the clients as well as the caregivers. It's an amazing company that I had a pleasure of working for.

When I found QR&HC Five months ago, I had the inclination this is what I wanted to do. A part-time job with a staff who's willing to work with me, my hours and flexibility. Kerry worked tirelessly to accommodate my availability, and client's requests. The office is housed with staff and their comarraderie. They all worked as a team up-to-the-minute when emergency calls by clients to contact me. Since then, I've met at least over Thirty Two clients and I fell in-love with all of them. This job has opened my eyes just knowing how great it is to be of service to Special Needs children and their families

I had a great experience working for this company as a caregiver. They were very accommodating to me and flexible as I was balancing going to school at the same time, and I could easily get in contact with the office. I would recommend this company to both caregivers and families who are in need of care.

First the good: they do have a number of good care providers and can sometimes accommodate late requests for care.
The bad: we ultimately had a forgettable experience using this agency for our sons' respite services since they supported a false report by one of their employees (who possibly held a grudge) of our son being abused by a child from my wife's home daycare. They unilaterally decided to terminate both of our sons' respite services without attempting to even speak with us. Subsequent calls to them to gain an understanding and to speak with the owner were rudely answered by their HR and

Quality Respit is not very organized or professional as well as overpriced. Very high turnover rate in care givers. Care givers have little training and are not fingerprinted. If I could give no stars I would. I would not recommend this company to any family.
