This has been the WORST experience my family has encountered. The assistant was very helpful. He spoke Spanish to my mom and English to me. When "attorney" Yolanda Flores-Burt came in to speak with us, she asked if she was speaking English or Spanish to us. My mom said Spanish, so she could understand better. Everything was going fine until I started asking a question in English. She didn't even let me finish the question when she had the audacity to yell at me for speaking to her in English. She got up and yelled. I told her there was no need to be rude, which made her yell at me
