Purchased vehicle and next day truck showed immediate symptoms of bad timing chain. Check engine light, rubbing timing chain sounds upon start up.
Went to dealership with complaint and initial diagnosis was O2 sensor though obvious code look up showed timing. Tech cleared code and sent me on my way. Check light returned right away, and upon return next day was told timing component issue and was asked if I had purchased the warranty which I had not. They then allowed me to change my purchase contract and add the warranty for over $2000 more. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I was told that the issue
