Giving them 3 stars only because I didn't go through with the whole experience of buying anything from them. The "gentleman" that greeted me at the front desk was rude and treated me like I knew nothing about how a banner would come together. Well guess what, I dont know what the process entails because I dont work there and am not a graphic designer or work in marketing I am a soccer dad trying to get a banner made for my kids soccer team. So when I ask a question I would expect a little more help from a business looking to make money.
